Janelle Snow is a Grant Writer and Program Developer for Community Resource Collaborative. She graduated from University at Buffalo in 2012 and immediately began working with youth in workforce development and education under the WIOA grant. In her role as grant writer and program developer, she is focused and passionate about obtaining stable funding to create unique and accessible programming for youth who are at risk of violence in all forms. Since 2018, she has been serving as both the co-chair of Youth Services Quality Council and Board Secretary of the Rochester Regional Coalition Against Human Trafficking. She remains committed to making Rochester a safe, healthy, and equitable community that allows all to thrive.
