Krystal Schulik, Social Service Director for Community Resource Collaborative and Mother of two daughters. She is a Graduate of Suny Brockport with a Bachelor’s in Social Work. In addition, she obtained her certification in Life/Recovery Coaching, and CBT (cognitive behavior therapy). Krystal is a proud member of the NASW (National Association of Social Work) with 23 years of experience in human and community resource service, priding herself on a strength-based approach. She has a personal understanding of the difficult journey of mental health, domestic violence, single motherhood, and PTSD. Krystal continues to shatter barriers by listening to the needs of the people. Being a compassion warrior, she identifies and acts upon opportunities for continuous improvement. She is comfortable with risk-taking and enjoys exploring alternative approaches. Standing by the motto “the most impactful work you do is the simple act of service”
In her free time, she loves to travel with her family, dance, spend time with her animals, care for her plants, eat cheese, and listen to music.
